📌 Before Your Appointment:

• Bring a valid, government-issued photo ID

• Ensure your documents are unsigned (they must be signed in front of the notary)

• If witnesses are required, please arrange for them to be present (unless booked through us)

💳 Deposit Policy:
A non-refundable deposit secures your appointment and is applied to your final fee. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit the deposit.
