Travel & Mobile Service

• Additional Mileage (after 10 miles): $1.25 per mile

• Wait Time (after 5 minutes) $5 per 5 minutes

Witness Services

• Witness provided by notary: $15 per witness

After-Hours / Weekend / Holiday Appointments

• Evenings (after 7 PM): +$40

• Weekends: +$20

• Holidays: +$50

Booking Fee & Policies

• Maryland Notary Clients: $25 non-refundable booking fee (covers travel up to 10 miles; not applied to final balance)

• Virginia Notary Clients: $35 non-refundable booking fee (covers travel up to 10 miles; not applied to final balance)

• Cancellations: Must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

• Booking Fees: Non-refundable and forfeited for late cancellations or no-shows.
